Prints - St. Peter's church
A wooden church was built on the site in 770, followed by a stone building in the 12th century. The church was renovated and altered in the 19th century. The flint facing is said to be one of the finest in Sussex, and there are two beautiful engraved glass windows in the chancel by Laurence Whistler, brother of WW1 artists Rex Whistler. The illustration was done with the pen tool.
